Luohan’s Retinoblastoma (Eye Cancer) Fund

  Luohan, who was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma when she was only 47 days old. We are raising money for her last interventional treatment?  Please help!Luohan, who was born in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China; Fate made a big joke on her when she was only 47 days old. Since both of her parents are blind,due to the genetic heredity,she was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma.Retinoblastoma (Rb) is a rapidly developing cancer that develops from the immature cells of a retina, the light-detecting tissue of the eye and is the most common malignant tumor of the eye in children.Because of the spreading of the story through social media and the responses from the local people, Luohan was able to come to U.S with her dad and grandma to get treatment.Luohan has been staying in McDonald House, NYC for almost 3 months, and has already got twice Interventional treatments in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.In order to consolidate the treatments and avoid cancer from relapse, the third time interventional treatment is needed. One interventional treatment costs about 40,000 US $. The lack of money holds them back again.Now they are in urgent need of about 20,000 $ to start on Luohan's last interventional treatment.
