Loving our Neighbors in Venezuela

A couple months ago, while in Costa Rica, I had the pleasure of meeting Christian. Upon getting to know Christian, I quickly found out that he was living with a broken heart. Nearly a year ago he escaped Venezuela in search of a safe place for his son to be raised and live. In Christian's escape, he had to make the most difficult choice to leave Leonardo, his son, and to later send for him. In Costa Rica, Christian has found a job and a safe place for his son and has waited and waited for all the red tape to clear so they may be reunited. After over a year it looks as though they may finally get to be together once again in August or September. In the meantime, I am setting out to help in any way I can by raising money for Christian to finance his son's move and to send his family monies who will still remain in Venezuela, with no way out.... money to help ensure their safety.
