Loving Kitten in need of help

I surprised my Mom with a baby male 9 week old kitten because she recently got over having an blood clot in her whole left leg for over 8 months but due to the severity of it, it unfortunately caused that leg to be disabled. So she can't get around as much as she used to,😞😥 so that's why I surprised her with her new little addition. His name is Belvedere, he's a gray and black striped tabby. He is one of the sweetest kittens you could ask for, he loves to play and is very active. Yesterday though we noticed, out of nowhere his anus protruding and it looked very red and swollen. So we researched what it could be and it said, if it doesn't get any better within three hours then it's a rectal prolapse which is what's causing the protruding and the swelling. He needs to seek immediate help cause now it's starting to bleed a little and he's getting weak, we don't wanna lose him it would be a devastating loss for all of us especially my Mom. We have an 8 year old tabby named Harrison who loves him like his own, they had an instant bond the first day they met.
