July 27th 2015, five year heart transplant recipient Eddie W. Brown lost his fight with heart disease. Eddie affectionately known as Little E, had recently turned 18 and obtained employment. A hard worker in school and the community he often volunteered to help the elderly in Southgate Towers where he resided with his late Grandmother Denise Williams, and Great Grand Father Eddie Hurst. Sr.

Eddie, was a lover of martial arts, video gaming, and soccer. He spent a lot of his time devoting himself to caring for his niece and nephews, siblings, parents and friends. He also extended that same care and respect to strangers.

Due to his condition Eddie was not able to be insured at the time of his untimely death and his great grand father is elderly and has no way of meeting these expenses. Any amount you can donate to help the family with the cost of laying him to rest is greatly appreciated and desperately needed.

Please find it in your heart to donate as much as you can. Every cent counts and no amount is too small. In a world where we lose so many, honoring this young man's life that he valiantly fought for, for eighteen short but fearlessly lived years is the least we can do to celebrate the boy who became a man and inspired so many.
