Liver transplant for my grandfather

My grandfather suffers from liver failure, and we need urgent help to get him a liver transplantation. People might ask why don’t we just go to the hospital for treatment and wait for the liver donation. In where we are from, organs donation are not popular and people tend to keep their organs after they pass away due to the close-minded tradition. Also, the gov hospital needs to examine if you are the one that have urgent needs to have the transplant. Each year there are only 30-35 deceased donor liver grafted. My grandfather considered as non- urgent but he had a stroke before this happened, and it took his ability to walk.

We found a private hospital that can perform a live liver donor transplantation, but the cost are really high and we used all of our savings and need around $150000 ($20K USD) more for the surgery. Loaning money from the bank is our last option and we really don’t want to as the interest is really high.
