The Letsema Organization is a community organization that seeks to empower unemployment youth in South Africa. South Africa is one of the most unequal countries in the world and also has one the highest unemployment rates, mostly affecting youth. Something drastic is required to change the situation. For its part, Letsema Centre seeks to implement a campaign aimed at raising awareness and funds to assist unemployed youth. The areas of intervention is transportation of youth invited for interviews. This will be done as follows:

Approaching corporate South Africa to donate part of their Corporate Social Investment (CSI)

Identifying youth in distress and prioritizing those invited for interviews without transport funds or means

Decide on providing means of transport

Assist with job hunting and interview coaching and mentoring skills

Train job seekers on human resource legislation and entrepreneurial skills
