Dear Copper Drum Friends & Family
First of all a massive thank you to Archie for thinking of our staff and the pub in these hectic times. We appreciate you Boet.
We are currently doing everything we can to help our staff and save their jobs but we can't do it alone. The only time is now...
The Copper Drum needs YOU!
Remember when we won the World Cup last year...Or when Koos Kombuis came to town? The Copper Drum is a special place to many, a family business with a lekker vibe and “a home away from home“ our regulars and patrons.
We want to be there for You ALL when the pandemic is under control and we are fighting to keep our doors open!
It is not lightly that we are asking for your help, but Archie inspired us with this idea to save jobs and help staff with essential provisions in this tough time.
You can help us in two ways:
1. Make a donation to save The Copper Drum, whatever you can afford, whatever seems reasonable to you.
2. Share this post to all your friends and family to raise awareness of this crowd funding bid and support hospitality workers left without a livelihood.
