Hi guys, how are you? With great joy, I want to announce that I'm closing this crowdfunding campaign due to some happy events that I will be announcing on my social media accounts soon. However, one thing is certain: the dream of going to Harvard and being a researcher has come true, and I will explain everything in detail!
Thank you so much to everyone who helped me on this fundraising journey. Rest assured that each contribution was fundamental, and I learned a lot throughout the process. You made this possible and motivated me to face this battle. Thanks again for everything!

My name is Letícia Campos, and I am a 5th-year medical student at Universidade Pernambuco, in Recife-Brazil.
I created this crowdfunding campaign because I was accepted to be Research Associate under the Paul Farmer Global Surgery Fellowship from the Program in Global Surgery and Social Change (PGSSC) at Harvard Medical School, USA, between July 2022 and June 2023. However, the program does not offer a scholarship for students and there are many costs involved in this process, including accommodation, food, transportation, and visa-related fees.
In this context, I want to ask your help to make my dream become true! Every donation counts and I thank in advance for believing in me.
