Legally kidnapped!

Two month ago CPS took my children from a facility they attended, one of my boys had obtained a bruise, and the concern of abusive set off a panic. CPS arrived then law enforcement, as they removed all three of my kids, took them into care, and charges of abuse and neglect have been placed on file. I have not been able to see them, or hug them, faced with new fee's and classes, each new obstacle, costing more money, putting a bigger gap between me and a counsel. As well as a bigger whole in my heart. Wondering if I will see them and or get them back..
