Thank you to all of our supporters. We haven’t given up and we are still fighting for Theodore. We are in the process of starting his appeal and they haven’t made it easy for us. Please continue to share and donate if you can. We appreciate all of you. Let’s continue to fight and bring Theodore home.

A Milwaukee, Wisconsin man needs your help as he fights for his life after being convicted of 1st degree reckless homicide. Theodore Edgecomb was forced to use self-defense against an intoxicated Milwaukee attorney who used racial slurs against him, hit him while he was riding his bicycle, chased him down and ultimately attacked him.

The world watched as the Judge in this case showed us how flawed America's justice system really can be. Theodore Edgecomb defended himself against what he perceived to be an imminent threat, and the video clearly shows he was defending himself. When the Rittenhouse verdict was reached, many people across the nation questioned whether or not this same defense would render similar results for a person of color, and now we see just how much work we have to do!

We need your help in order to get Justice. Help us bring Theodore home to his children. No amount is too large or too small. We sincerely appreciate the love and support you have shown.

  • Apparently self defense applies when a white person is afraid of black people. This is the default because us white folk are taught to fear black folk. Given this "reasonable" fear a black man suffers.

  • I totally agree with Helen Olvera!!! I really thought that Theodore Edgecomb would have been acquitted... This entitled POS and his wife think it is OK to verbally assault people and physically assault them with their car is ok... then go after them some more when someone sticks up for themselves... Our justice system and that ridiculous excuse for a judge should be ashamed of themselves... and that judge should not be allowed to be on the bench ever again... I hope someone with some authority reviews this and sends it back for a new trial... Good luck to you Mr. Edgecomb... sorry I could not contribute more!!!

  • The Judge was Beyond Unfair. He disallowed the evidence he was Disrespectful to the Defense Attorneys every opportunity he got to yell and embrace them. The Prejudice Grouchy Judge was right on one thing it was not the trial of Kyle, but he sure did bring it up several times and opportunities. This Judge is nothing compared to the Honorable Bruce Shroder. So why he would compare is beyond many. The so-called victim’s wife was looking for something and it was not money or his wallet perhaps her next high or a sip or the weapon her deceased husband had. Remember he was an attorney and needed to look innocent. But the evidence showed he was drunk and so was she on that night one glass of wine in the time spent at the bar, oh Ya she had open containers in her car perhaps that is where she got drunk while she was to be the designated driver. Bogus she should have been convicted for following a bicyclist/pedestrian and for not calling 911 she is just as much guilty if she had pulled the trigger, she didn’t even try to help him how did she know where the bullet hit her husband’s back was turned to her. I would have thought she would have turned him over and beg him not to die. But she went back and forth searching his pockets on the phone with a friend not calling 911 so again I repeat she pulled the trigger when she chose to follow Mr. Edgecomb and her husband called him the N word. No matter what type of attorney he was perhaps that was the only field he could pass emigration law is simple. Has anyone checked out his record, I bet he has some complaints, and just because his wife was brown means nothing a person can be prejudice and marry the other color, this goes back to slavery the brown woman was desired by the white man.. It also goes back to slavery that a black man better run as fast as he can and not look back, Dam right he had to run. I didn’t believe the wife either what the heck common. She should had been responsible and drove their drunk behinds home put her husband to bed search his pockets and hold on to him. Got up the next work day and off to work to screw more immigrants out of money. What would be different if granted an appeal the defense would win. Is it just me or did the Judge seem to jump on the other side of the bench he was the Prosecutor and the Judge is that a new law? Perhaps the Jury was afraid of the Judge.

  • I wish I could have more I am without work. However, I can miss a meal to help out this man. I don't know this man or his family, but it is written in black and white that he is going to spend many unjust years in prison. And Green is the magic color. Besides the fact that a Beautiful Princess is waiting for her Dady to come home. All fairytales have to have a happy ending even the bad ones. And hopefully we all can help this dad find his way home.
