Campaign Story
My friend has been in this country for over a decade. He needs to engage a specialist lawyer to make an application for leave to remain. He should have a right to remain because he has family here. Unfortunately, there is no legal aid for this sort of case. To make things even more nightmarish, without leave to remain you are forbidden from working and cannot claim benefits. He needs our help to pay the lawyer. As a community, we can surely raise £1500 so that this man can escape his immigration limbo. Please donate today and help my friend get his legal status sorted. When that happens, he can rebuild his life, work and look after his family.
