Indian mother needs help for legal battle

This is plea to help a mother who has been unduly abused by her husband and is now facing false charge and separation from her children.

She is caring Indian mother, who devoted 14 yrs of her life to a marriage with a person who has been controlling and abusing her physically, emotionally, financially etc . He did not allow her any access to money, the car and controlled all her communication with friends and family. In addition, he spread false rumors to her friends about her, so that she could not have any trusted friends.

He took away her jewelry given to by her parents at the time of marriage which is currently worth $ 70,000. He filed false charges against her and took away her 2 children which are the love of her life.Her father is deceased and her mother was hospitalized in critical condition, after hearing her pitiful condition.

He kicked her out of the house with nothing more than just one dress. She had to undergo infamy and abuse all her life despite being a caring,responsible, friendly, loyal, household women who is devoted to taking good care of her family.

She is now looking to get back to her feet. With the help of her friends and her faith in God, she has been able to start afresh by working odd jobs etc .

However, she has many legal cases to fight to claim her well deserved rights but she does not have money to pay for lawyer services. She also needs a car to travel between various legal appointments and also work better jobs which are remote from her location. She is barely able to meet both ends currently.

We request everyone to contribute towards her cause and help in this fight for justice for a truthful, caring loving mother to be able to unite with her 2 children, who are taken away by the father under false claims.
