Leg surgeries for Jackson

I bought a kitten on Craigslist about 5 months ago and I absolutely love him, but he was born with his front legs broken and turned inward and I think an infection in his eye. He walks on his elbows and doesn't really have control from the elbow down. He's getting to be a big boy and I know it hurts him, especially with the cold coming up.. About his eye, it's ALWAYS running this yellow stuff and hasn't stopped since I got him. I've tried antibiotics, cream, just washing it with warm water and nothing has even started to clear it up. I plan on taking Jackson to the vet as soon as I get around $400 to see if that'll be enough to reset at least 1 leg for now and get his eye checked out.. I'm just worried about my baby and don't want to put him down because he's just as normal as every other cat..
