Learning tools for Dante

My 10 year old son Dante has been waiting for the proper tools (ie. a lap top for school and home for school work, the programs that will assist him in succeeding) to assist his learning for 3 years. 

Dante has been diagnosed with low hand eye coordination caused by a brain misfire. Being an active 10 year old boy being different since starting school. Dante is a very loving boy who is medicated with an anti-psychotic to help with schizophrenia. 

A laptop that he can use at school and home to complete his work in a timely manner will help greatly. He loves to read and play on the computer, he has very good typing skill and enjoys learning. He is a very smart boy who's teachers help him as much as possible, given their lack of funding for each child.
