Learning Arabic in Lebanon

I am 4th year student at the Free University of Tbilisi, Georgia(Country). I always wanted to speak Arabic, that's why I chose the faculty of International Relations with Arabic Language concentration. But learning language at the University isn't enough, not to mention Arabic language, which is considered to be one of the most difficult-to-learn languages.

I thought maybe one day I will be able to study and practice this language in country I always liked and wanted to visit - Lebanon. I was surfing on the web to find some courses suitable to my budget, the only thing I realized was that Lebanon is 5x(times) expensive, than Georgia.

I said to myself: I will take academic year, add a couple of part-time jobs and save money for my dream. Now I have 4 jobs and what I saved is: 3 thousand USD. For 6 month course I need 3300 USD, for food and public transport 400 USD min per month(2400 in total), 400 USD for air tickets, and 200 USD for emergencies = 6200 in total. I haven't mentioned accommodation, but I hope I find someone to host me.

My university refused to pay 3300 USD because of the budget problems so I have no choice but to ask you to help the person who wants to speak this amazing language and use it for the bright future. Thanks in advance.
