Leandro’s surgery his dream come true

Leandro is 8 years old born with communicating Hydrocephalus, congenital scoliosis and Cerebral palsy spastic deplegia. As he is growing he has formed contractures. He is booked for a Femoral Osteotomy and muscle lengthening.Dr will be cutting the femur bone and put a plate and rotate legs outward as knees are inward standing at a angle they not straight putting pressure on his knees, hips and spine. His legs are very spastic Dr wants to lengthen muscle by cutting also bringing his heels down so no more walking on his toes. Castings on both legs and Physiotherapy after Surgery. Surgery would make his daily tasks easier enabling him to do things as normal kids do, walk a little further with no pain in legs and pressure on his hips, climb trees and ride a two wheel bicycle legs will be straight, Leandro's dream come true.
