Hey everyone! First of all, if you're already a follower of my Instagram account @live.drum.drive, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sticking around whether youre a long time OG follower or a newly subscribed follower! At the time of writing this, the page is on the road to the 1000 follower milestone!

So on to the main reason you're here - the star of the Instagram page is a 1993 MR2 SW20 Turbo which desparately needs a full body respray and a 1993+ engine swap. Among other things the body can do with some upgrades and some dialing in. Needless to say, my boy's not doing too bad but he's definitely seen better days. I made it my goal to be able to give him that full respray and engine swap by 2023 as sort of a big 30th birthday present for him. Sadly though the funds have been quite tight for the past year or so and I can say for certain that big 30 celebration won't come in time.

That's where you all come in! Not to give too much away, my boy wont only be just given a new coat of paint and a new engine and call it a day, minor aesthetic updates and upgrades will also be made while he undergoes the long surgery. Paint job, new engine, labor, new body parts, new replacement parts, and many many more - that's a whole lot of stuff! I'm really hoping to raise HKD 100,000 by 2023 so that he can make it in time for the birthday celebration.
