Help me to buy a land for my dogs

Piece of a land for my dogs and me. I have 2 dogs, one has ataxia and has big problem with balance plus he doesnt like other dogs so it is difficult for us to go for a walk and let him free for some time to enjoy like every dog should. He accepted only my second dog, and he tolerates small puppies as long they dont jump on him. Right now we are in small apartment with 10 stairs on the way out and it gets hard, every day more and more. Both are 6 years old and it would be nice for them to have their own piece of land under the sun when they want. Apartment is not mine, plus they are not very welcomed in it.
