Campaign Story
I am in need of a new lawyer for a custody hearing in 2 weeks. My previous lawyer is now married to my ex and they are suing for custody of my daughter which I currently have joint custody. This has been an ongoing battle that has taken a toll on me emotionally and financially. I do not have the resources to go up against my ex and her new husband/my former lawyer who can manipulate the system to take away all my rights as a father. I just want to maintain our current arrangement of joint custody and to enforce the mutually agreed upon visitation rights that have been denied me by my ex. I am gainfully employed full-time at Tec Equipment and will reimburse all donations.

They cant pull this shit. Unless they can prove you are neglectful or abusive a judge won't side with them. The older the child gets the more a judge will give way to what the child wants too. Hoping you get good representation. Sorry for my humble donation amount. Charles Schock Law office helped me a lot when I was short on cash. Very reasonable. Good luck and hang in there!
