In the summer of 2017 I will be travelling to Costa Rica and Nicaragua to complete a 4 week community project with school through the company World Challenge. Over the course of my stay I shall complete treks over volcanoes to push my physical fitness and ability, experience cultures so different to my own and, for the most important part, I shall also take part in a project helping the local schools in Nicaragua. For more information as to what this section of my stay involves, take a look at the information sheet located in the photos section.
In April 2016 I completed an abseil down Uphill Quarry in Weston Super Mare and I am currently planning evening events to help with my fundraising. More details will be announced closer to the time.
In order for me to be able to partake in this once in a lifetime opportunity I need to raise £4000. This money is to cover the cost of travel, visas and equipment and resources such as paint and building materials. This grand sum of money is only possible to achieve with your help. No donation is too big or too small and all will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
