Kidney transplant

Luckiishan is 18 year old boy from jaffna who has been not able to pass urination since his childhood and was not able to find a cure for the reason and he has been doing dylasis for a long time and doctor now have said he has a tumor in his bladder and his kidney is only performing 15%. Due to this doctor are suggesting they can only conduct a surgery after a kidney transplant and such surgery in srilanka will cost 7 million rupees (24,000). His father passed away few years ago and he is only living with his mother alone hence to immediately do the surgery he is in need of this fund.
