Kidney Transplant

I have a Persian Linx Point Cat with Chronic Kidney disease , hes in a desprate need of a transplant its done only in santa rosa california animal hospital  the cost is 20,000$ its a hardship to save this young cat not even seven years old yet born may 5th 2006, he is a very sweet loving cat that is very geniun and i am the only human spokes person ,speaking out on his behalf , hes like my child please help hes very precious thank you , the reward will be giving life to a precious loving sweet cream linx point persian boy prince :) anything will help
