Good day

Thank you for viewing my crowdfundraiser, I hope you will be able to make a contribution to my urgent situation.

I will make this brief.

I am 24 year old Transgender Freelance Illustrator, Graphic Artist and Tattooist, Khanya, living with my Mother who is a self employed PPE supplier and sourcing company whose business has been severely effected by the recent state of our economy due to the Nation Lockdown.

My mother and I have been struggling with my landlord’s harassment, intimidation, unlawful entry and assaults on us due to rental issues brought on by South Africa’s COVID19 NATION LOCKDOWN (He has a case opened against him @ Centurion Police Station for all of it, but he still hasn’t stopped). We have faced a lot of abuse from him throughout the past 6 months and he has been refusing to compromise with us even though we contact him prior to the lockdown as we could foresee some problems. At the moment, we are deep in rent arrear and in the early morning of 13th August 2020 we were visited by Repo-Men sent by my landlord who threatened to take almost everything we own in order to pay off the debt — The items to be taken include my and my mother equipment, our only fridge, washing machine, almost all our furniture except our beds…… Our landlord is also continuing to threaten us with an unlawful eviction this month unless we get out or pay him — which is so difficult, friend.

I am in a very desperate situation and my options have run out. I do not have enough time to obtain a job to make up lost time cause the Country isn’t hiring as much.

As a result, I have opened a fundraiser in hopes you would be able to help me be able to afford and secure new accommodation for about 8months and in that I will use to work 3 jobs to make up the rent arrears to pay him back and also pay the monthly rent of the new accommodations.

I need your help desperately, you are my last hope. I cannot do this alone, please help me. Please share my crowdfundraiser to reach more people - as I do not have much time.
