Your Support Matters
TUSC has no big business sponsorship. TUSC is a coalition for the millions not millionaires. Every donation to TUSC strengthens our fight for a better future. Your support can help TUSC fight the best electoral challenge to the brutal austerity carried out in Warrington and let us spread the word that there is an alternative to cuts. TUSC is proud to be made up of and funded by ordinary people. Your support can make a difference and help to build a party that will stand up for the 99%. TUSC is a coalition for the millions not the millionaires!
Why Kevin Supports TUSC!
"Socialism and Democracy has died a death within the Labour-controlled council. That’s why I resigned and I am proud to continue as a TUSC councillor and to be standing for TUSC as a prospective Parliamentary candidate here in Warrington South. I want to give people a chance to vote against the austerity that the main parties are promising.
TUSC is different – standing for the millions not the millionaires. TUSC is backed by the RMT Transport Union, Fire-fighters, Teachers, Civil Servants, other trade unionists and community campaigners. We don’t have our own money like the Conservative candidate, or the large donations from a Lib Dem lord or ex PM Tony Blair’s ‘dirty’ money like the Labour candidate.
I joined the Youth workers of Warrington, at their ‘lobby’ at the Town Hall budget meeting, asking Labour councillors not to cut their services again this year. But Labour didn’t listen and voted through the cuts anyway."
