COMPANY PROFILE:

Formed and ACRA registered in Singapore, A K Impresa Finanzas Corporation is to perform two functions, namely provide business support and provide business improvements. These two functions are general and brief in detail. Hence the birth and formulation of a business plan project to bring these two functions to greater escalation of next higher level.

Project Details:

We are all now at the right time, right age, right place, right environment, and with the right people and their right tools. The objective of this project, with its great potential and limitless business opportunity, will be the evolution of social media, Titled as : "Value Media".

The reason why Value Media is the evolution of social media is because of the fact that social medias for example facebook, instagram, youtube, had the freedom of speech and expression of views, however, over the recent years, there is an increase in the banning of nonsensical contents and non-ethical functions in the social medias, and in turn giving rise to contents of value and ethicality. In addition, people including businessman and consumers place values on market products and services, and exhausting the resources of working class to frustration, overwork and environmental stress due to fight for competitive advantage. The values did not come from the products and services, the values first come from the people themselves. The same will be said for the current majority of people who place high value on money currency. But ironically, money itself has no value when President Nixon back in Year 1971 took the US Dollars currency off the gold standard, meaning the US Dollar currency is no longer backed by gold, and truly has zero value. But who back in the much earlier years determined the value of gold? It was still the people themselves.

The return of values back to the people will truly form a gold mine limitlessly and widespread across the world as there are people around. People of values are the hardworking employees, the hero family members at home who love and support their working family members, and the people with business mindset of an entrepreneur, all these people are the valued people.

What are inside the "Value Media" project:

This project has a great potential and a future set to grow. This project is not just the evolution of social media, but also the evolution of ecommerce. If ecommerce means seller sells products and services, this project empowers the sellers to "sell themselves" first before selling products and services, making themselves being made known their values to the buyers before the buyers can get to know their products and services. That concept of evolution of social media and ecommerce combined with the process of marketing means entrepreneurship starting from home business and small business, and begins into a revolution of new age of marketing.

1) This project will be the shelter which encompasses all existing social medias, ecommerce, all businessman and investors, and the values with which will be utilized and grown within them.

2) This project will lead to the formation of a financial institution which will provide monetary funding asset support. And also localized funding business aid in a focused, concentrated and active participation through its membership community of businessman/investors.

3) This project will encompass all the tools required to generate flow of income to the very first customers who are educated but jobless/retrenched and want to start up home business/small business, and customers who failed in their businesses, no income and yet still want to start businesses. The tools will include everything from education, employment to the setting up, improvement and growth via franchising system, and marketing system, all leading to income generation. Lifestyle related recommendations will be introduced to these customers. Hence the limitless marketing opportunities.

Why this project is launched now?

1) We are at the right place, right age, right time, right people and the right tools. There are freelancers and small businesses/home businesses all around the world, including medium and large enterprises. They can literally all be arranged to provide the right set of tools and applications for any normal common people looking to upgrade themselves, gain more value added skills and knowledge to themselves, and all kinds of income including employment, selling, buying (with perks and cash vouchers being offered), and marketing services.

2) Now is the evolution of digital technology into data technology using online internet. Where people can have access to all information at the touch of a button. This means people are getting more clearer picture of what is good and what is bad. Which is of value and which is not of value. The induction of values into the people will guarantee a constant stability of market growth and improvement.

3) We can derive from the fact that from industrial age to information age, the years it took for such evolution are decades, but from information age, it took only a few years to progress from digital flow to data flow. Which means the future of market wealth is in our lifetime to grasp. The company A K Impresa Finanzas Corporation launches this project based on two principles:

1) There will be no aggression for market dominancy, only collaboration with all businesses and investments in relation to lifestyle industry.

2) There will be no isolation against competition for supremacy, but of integration through communal revolutionary evolvement.

The company has two missions:

a) To convert the work of the business into values for the customer and to provide for proper business education through guided wealth.

b) To secure wealth, sustain wealth, manage wealth and increase wealth in the customers through individually customized income plan and implementation of Home Business functions for the customers.

With both the principles and missions from the company, together with stability of new ideas built over solid old foundations, there will be endless business opportunities and projects both of improvements and new. And the targeted growth of the company will be from gradual stability to that of exponential.

Revenue comes with growth, and the projected revenue in profits over the years will exponentially estimate amounted to be that of multi-billions.
