Ever have a time where things just seem to go the opposite way that was expected? Earlier this year we had purchased a car from a local dealership, which ended up being the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. It ran for about 1 1/2 months, overheated, and died. Being a 'used' car the company is taking no responsibility for selling a lemon car. I have a spinal cord injury and a four year old daughter. My husband and I were right in the middle of moving when this happened. It took us months to be able to get to a position where we could try to purchase a different vehicle. I am a part-time student, my husband just recently found a job, but my monthly disability got screwed up by Social Security for the month of August. It'll take me a couple months to catch up ( which is also the time it will probably take SSD to correct their mistake ). We just need a little help getting bills paid this month so we can keep the car we now have and install hand controls. I don't typically do funding like this, but I also like to show charity whenever possible and truly appreciate it when others do the same. Thank you for reading my story:)
