Summer Is Coming. In fact, it's only March, and it feels like it's already here. The best purchase I ever made for my tiny apartment was a tiny air-conditioning unit, which makes life here bearable. However, I have recently been forced to shut it off forever, due to some rather overly-strict folks at my building, who believe that the condensation emerging from the unit is rusty, and a danger to ... I don't know ... things(?). Ultimately, it's time for a new one, and I am barely covering my bills, as it is.  I am looking for $250 so that I can purchase a new AC, and have it up and running before May.
