My name is Keenan; I work as a Customer Retention Specialist for an online retailer. I also help them with their Social Media objectives during my average day.  In my personal time I enjoy being with my family. My family and friends are the most important thing to me. That is where my passion lies. I want to help people in their time of need. Because I received help during my time of need.  I am currently the only volunteer for my Response Team. I intend to add one or two other people.

Two years ago, my house flooded with five inches of rain within 36 hours.  We had a total of nine inches of water inside the house.  We lost everything inside because we had no real warning of the disaster.  We were displaced from the house for three months and we had to do all of the interior work ourselves.  I started this concept because of Hurricane Sandy. The people didn't have any real warning.

Right now I try my best to help other people to be semi prepared for any disaster.  I will put the necessary supplies into a five gallon bucket and give them away.  It is easier to hand out buckets of supplies versus handing supplies out one by one. 

I will provide the necessary support to local areas that are hit by any disaster:

• Earthquakes
• Blizzards
• Floods
• Fires
• Tornadoes

You name it and I will be there helping as many individuals as humanly possible.

The picture above is a what the truck and trailer will look like when all is said and done.  With the funds I will also purchase more of the following:

• Food
• Coffee Filters
• Blankets
• First Aid Kits
• Dust Masks
• Tarps
• Water Bottles
• Super Glue
• Multi-Tool
• Tin Foil
• Water Filters
• Stuffed Animals (for the kids)

I want to provide the necessary items after a disaster to help and individual or a family get back on their feet as soon as possible.  I have been there, it is no fun going through a disaster by yourself.

I am always adding items to the bucket. Anything I come across that I believe will help out, I will put it in the bucket.
