My name is MARCOS RODRIGUEZ and I am the sister of Donovon Lynch. My brother was murdered by VBPD, and we are fighting for justice.
Donovon Lynch was a bright young man with an even brighter future ahead.
He was a 25 year old entrepreneur and college graduate with his entire life ahead of him.
On March 26, 2021 his dreams were cut short at the hands of the Virginia Beach Police Department. A night out went terribly wrong when he was murdered by a Virginia Beach police officer. He no suspect of any crime.
Donovon Lynch should still be here with his family and friends. We need #justiceforDonovonLynch.

We also could use your help. As my dad said before, "Donovon was the most influential person in our family." After our mom passed away it was just me, my brother Donovon, and our dad. We have experienced a huge loss, and will need some assistance with costs as we will need some time to grieve and heal. These funds will go into resources as we create a campaign surrounding justice for Don. They will all be used to benefit the Donovon Wayne Lynch Foundation for Social and Economic Justice.

No officer's name has been released. No body cameras were activated per the VBPD General Order effective on January 05, 2021.
We thank you for all of your support.
