Need startup funds to purchase short-sale properties in Los Angeles, California USA. I've been rehabbing properties since 1998. I have 5 short-sale approvals and need funding immediately. I'm planning to rehab and rent properties to low-income and section 8 families. I welcome private investors to partner with me also.
