Juicer for Cancer Treatment

 Hello. Thank you for considering my fundraiser for your charitable donation. I appreciate your hard earned security. That's what I'm trying to attain- security, on a plethora of levels. This particular fund is crutial, though, as I am a cancer survivor fighting my second battle in three years.  

 My name is Krista and I'm 30 years old. I'm a professional mixologist and a freelance artist, although I'm an aspiring musician and restauranteur. My dream is to be a household name in entertainment. The biggest threat to that dream my whole life has been fear. Now, the threat has become my mortality and I really need your help.

 What I'm asking for now is help paying for the expensive equipment and relevant health products I need to build my health up, beat this cancer once and for all and really get in there and raise funds, and more importantly awareness, for the reunification of families coping with cancer who've become estranged.

The equipment includes a Breville Juice Fountain Elite Juicer and accossories, plus the organic GMO FREE produce I would need to boost my immune system and rebuild my body on a cellular level. Inspired by documentaries like Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and Pink Ribbons, Inc. (both highly recommended if you've not seen them yet) I am considering documenting my transition to healthy living (because it will indeed be a challenge, I am absoultey addicted to sugar, for sure, which is a huge part of why most of us are so sick all the time).  But any regular compact juicer is not what I need. For the aggressiveness of my disease the last time around, and statistics of it being worse the second time, I really need one that I can just throw whole fruits and vegetables in and have all the nutrients, including those usually lost in the pulp. This juicer will juice whole chunks of pinapple, with the rhind on. ALL the nutrients I need, not just some. Granted, I need to eat more alkaline based diet right now, but pineapple does help with digestion I think... but I digress.

 My whole life depends on this silly machine, really, but you know, if it works out and I get to document it and I can help other people through this process, then so be it. Let's do this!

 I'm asking for funds equal to the value of this juicer, doubled for fresh produce and accessories, like the easy clean liners and shipping fees. I will be keeping the fundraiser open to additional donations if anyone wants to throw in on future produce and subsequent health aids (thanks to a special influence, who taught me about Selenium the other day, you may have really saved me), as I will likely be working less through this battle (which will hurt, considering I can't even afford health insurance and am living paycheck to paycheck in a tipped profession.. talk about irony, lol). Unless it works, though- then we're all gonna benefit when I am living proof this is a worthy cause.
