Jimmy’s Birthday Present

My parents passed away 5 years ago,when I was 20 years old. I take the responsibility to take care of my younger brother,Jimmy,who is still studying in elementary school. He's been asking me to buy him a laptop as his birthday gift for a long time. He's going to secondary school next year,so i think there would be a lot of projects that requires a computer to finish them. I took him to a computer shop a few days ago,he kept staring at an Asus laptop which costs around $800(i suppose it's a gaming laptop),so I decided to buy it for him. For some reasons(mostly salary problem),I can't afford it now but his birthday is around the corner and I don't want him to be upset because of his sister can't even afford a $800 laptop for him as a birthday gift.
