Campaign Story
Summer 2013 Barnsbury Parish is sending out a team of people to get stuck into a mission in Portland Jamaica. It’s a team of people that have come together over their love of children’s work and specifically Bemerton Soul (or Dover Soul), a holiday Club run on local estates in the summer.
The Team so far is:
Bee – currently training at Ridley in Cambridge – Sending church barnsbury.
Corin – All Saints
Jess – St Andrew, Associate Vicar
Kate - CotC
Sara – CotC
Sam - KXC
Josh – Denver US, past CotC.
The team are busy raising money to support the Childrens work that happens in the Portland area of Jamaica. This will include resources to leave there and will help to get the team out there. There team are largely funding themselves but a little boost in finances would be a great help.
