Jackie’s Teaching Project in Bali

Hi friends and family! As you may already know, I'm passionate about travel and my dream is to see the world. Since I am (finally) graduating from college in August 2019, I decided to travel with a cause as a graduation gift for myself. The destination I chose is Bali in Indonesia, and my project would include teaching English to young children. This is a really exciting opportunity for me, because I'd get to apply my knowledge in linguistics while helping kids develop their English-speaking skills. Doing so would give them a head start in their education and other opportunities, especially in our increasingly globalized world.
