Itbud Integrated School Batanes

After last years successful campaign to fix the roof for the infant school in Davos, ( https://assets.gogetfunding.com/bagung-buhay-kindergarten... ) we are looking closer to home this time and helping Marie's children's school, the Itbud Integrated School, Batanes.

Over the past few years, school funding has been non-existent and for a school that is basically so far off the radar, you need a compass to find it, funds from the government and never going to be forthcoming. Consequently, doors, windows, walls and general fixtures and fittings have fallen into disrepair.

We plan to repair the following ...

1. 7 Doors need replacing and painting
2. 10 Windows need replacing and painting
3. Internal walls need repairing and painting
4. Bookcases replaced in the school library

We have calculated to do all the work will be S$3,000++ so if we can work towards that total in these tough times for everyone, we can make life so much more comfortable for these little people receiving a proper education, and not having to miss school everytime it rains.... they will be over the moon.

Afterwards, we will keep everyone updated who has donated, on the progress of work from our people on the ground there making sure things get done.
