Isle of Wight to Syria (Water and Medical Aid) Roll out the Barrel Trust

Our 30 litre rolling barrels have been saving the tired backs and bones of women and children in Africa for several years and currently have projects across 4 countries in eastern and southern Africa.

Recently we have been made aware that our barrel is the answer to many communities water collection needs in other areas of the world where women and children are carrying their weight in water in whatever containers accessible to them.

We have an opportunity to introduce our 30 litre rolling water barrels inside internal refugee camps in Syria where communities currently collect their water using pots, pans or small teapots as this is all that they have available in make shift refugee camps along the Turkish border.

Roll out the Barrel are co-ordinating a pallet of medical aid donated by a local hospital for a container headed to Syria with UK registered charities with teams on the ground in the coming weeks.

Your donation will ensure that the medical aid and water equipment is collected from our Isle of Wight warehouse, palletised and trucked to Manchester in time for the container bound for Syria.
