IS THERE STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE?

After spending 32 years with my partner he passed away in April 2013 from brain cancer. Through some legal mistakes that we made his will was deemed not to be probatable and his wishes to have me as executor and leave me half his estate could not be executed.Therefore the entire estate was going to his daughter who we raised since she was 7 . She was gracious enough to have me added as co executor and agreed to give me what amounted to just under half the estate. 10 months later after I had done all the work with the estate handling real estate, bills and doing everything asked of me she changed her mind and decided that I and my attorney were steering money to myself and not in the best interest of the estate. I was heartbroken that she would raise such a claim. She filed to have me removed in March 2014 and now in July the judge has ruled that because I had no legal claim (we were not married) to begin with, despite I had done all the work and spent 32 years with this man, that I should be removed just becasue she changed her mind.  In addition the judge would not uphold our agreement.To think that greed would change someone so much is heartbreaking. Its not about the money, I just want to see my partners wishes carried out. With that being said I need to raise some money to appeal the judgement. And again its not all so much about the money but the need to see that there are some kind, caring people who would part with one dollar or more.
