Ironman 70.3 before 40

So on the 14th June 2015, 5 days before I turn 40, i will be attempting Ironman 70.3 Staffordshire. For those that do not know what that is, it is a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and a 13.1 mile run. Thats 70.3 miles all in one day, one event after another! Just to add an extra little difficulty to it, i recently (beginning March 2015) had shoulder surgery as i couldn't swim due to the pain.  I will be using this page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ironman-703-before-40/382944491863948) to up date my progress throughout the next few months. I will also be raising money for a great charity, Scope, who are a charity that exists to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Please help me in raising my target of £800.
