Campaign Story
My daughter is in need of braces to straighten her teeth as they are not aligned and unfortunately she inherited this from me and I had to wear braces when I was her age. My daughter has seen an NHS dentist. They made an assessment and she got declined the free treatment from the NHS, however they advised that she could get braces if I would pay for them privately. This costs £2000 and I am on a low income and can't afford this amount as a single parent. I would like to see my daughter smile again as she is now very self concious and has withdrawn from seeing her friends and going out.
