Inti wants to fly!!! Aviation and Pilot goals

Inti, age 15, has focussed on his passion for Aviation since he attended space camp right before the Covid Pandemic lockdown, when he turned to a homeschooling model with Timberdoodle. Part of this model gave him the option to do a year long distance learning STEM aviation program out of Alaska (Av-Stem).

With this year of study he learned:

• PREDICTING AIRPLANE PERFORMANCE

A perfect primer to inspire him to go further with an orientation and discovery flight at Buiqui Aerospace Aguadilla campus at the Aguadilla airport. Inti took his first discovery flight with Buiqui in July 2023 where he took off, flew and landed solo with direction from a flight instructor. Inti hasn’t learned to drive a car and yet he is flying a Cessna 4 seater plane with only simulator experience up to that point!

Buiqui is a bilingual aviation school, recognized nationally and internationally with headquarters in Orlando Florida, which guides its students to fulfill their dream of becoming Pilots.

The Professional Pilot Program has the 5 licenses endorsed by the FAA, necessary to become a trained pilot and prepared for the aviation workplace. The duration of the program is approximately 10-12 months, where we will be monitoring the progress of each student to ensure that, upon graduation, they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to ensure a successful career. Inti would receive his licenses at age 17 upon completion of his hours

The program has a cost of $100,000 and we need support from our international community to help Inti achieve his goal of being amongst one of the youngest professional pilots from Puerto Rico to serve the world.
