Internship Program for Local High School Students

With the loss of funding for School Programs, I am starting a Internship program for Junior and Senior students who have the drive and passion for Photography and Film. I am focusing on those students that might not have the necessary funds to build a film and photography portfolio to get into College to follow their dreams. I would like to take my professional experience of working in Film/Commercial production to allow these students an opportunity that they might not have without.  The goal is to have them work in the industry using professional equipment to build their portfolio before they take the next step onto college. 

With good professional equipment costing well into the thousands, getting their own personal equipment is well out of the question for most. With your help I will be able to purchase professional equipment to have 1 or 2 interns a year to help build their portfolios as well as allowing them the chance to work on professional sets, editing spots that will be aired on local TV, and local business industrials, all to build their confidence and work ethic for when they start college and their professional careers.
