Campaign Story
There are young adults all over the world with varieties of special needs. I have chosen to dedicate 12 weeks of my life to help those in Cambodia. Spending time working with such young adults with learning difficulties in the UK, I wish to take these skills abroad and help those less fortunate. The aim of this project is to increase access to care and education for people living with special needs in Cambodia. Working within schools for children with a range of physical and intellectual disabilities as well as in a centre for adults with autism, providing support alongside local staff.
All contributions towards funding this project are grateful. Some of the funds will be used towards resources for the young adults also.
Donations will be put towards:
Educational resources
Electricity/WIFI
Sensory items
Reconstruction of education and care centres
Teaching of communication for those with special needs.
