I recently started a fundraiser for local Plett girl Belinda Van Tonder who is the first SA teenager to be nominated for SA Nationals in Mauritius for her dancing. I believe that local businesses like yours can really make a difference, hence the approach.

We are busy getting different prizes in that we are going to auction off in aid of raising enough funds for Belinda to be able to go over to Mauritius and represent our beautiful country South Africa.

So far, I’ve been able to raise R9 000 with the help of our community—but I still have some work to do to meet my goal.

She needs to reach R30 000 to be able to go in September.
