Inspiring Artist

I am attempting to help out my ex-husbands daughter make her college dream come true. I do not want to make this sound like a big pity party or a poor me story but I have a kid here who has had an awful lots of setbacks and disappointments in her life and want to help her overcome them. Her name is Krysten. I and her father were married for 12 years and I was in her life as Mom since she was 2. Her father is an alcoholic and when she was 15 I just couldn't handle dealing with her Dad anymore and left. Unfortunately I had no rights to her and could not take her with me. She has a natural born ability for art and is attempting to get a degree but is having to pay for her first semester because her father will not provide the information needed for financial aid. Please help me make her dreams come true. Thank you.
