Mark of Innocence

Update posted by Barnett Survivors Limited On Sep 06, 2017

It has been asked why this campaign is not directed solely at the woman who made the false accusation against Mark.

The first thing to say is she *will* be dealt with in due course.

She is just one perpetrator, however, and if the campaign only focussed on her, this will not actually change anything and what happened to Mark could happen to another man courtesy of another female perpetrator.

We are attempting to change how the police and CPS consider allegations of rape and serious sexual assault, to move them away from guilty until proven innocent when a man is accused by a woman, and to definitively establish perverting the course of justice on the CPS side (there is partial and significant evidence for this presently).

So once the CPS are dealt with, we will be moving onto Mark's accuser.

Update posted by Barnett Survivors Limited On Sep 04, 2017

Using a determined and uncompromising position that this company is renowned for, it has now been agreed that officers from another part of the country will be investigating the perverting the course of justice allegations made (and basis for successful IPCC complaint); in other words officers who know nothing about the case and can approach it more objectively. The CPS are already implicated in this attempted miscarriage of justice, and appear to be afraid, as well they should be.

Update posted by Barnett Survivors Limited On Aug 30, 2017

Barnett Survivors Limited is taking a very hard position with the police force who tried to implicate Mark, dictating the terms of the reinvestigation, namely perverting the course of justice and conspiracy to commit the same. Certain senior officers will be doing very well if they avoid prosecution for their part in this attempted miscarriage of justice.

There are currently hundreds of innocent men incarcerated in UK prisons thanks to false allegations of sex offences. The CPS has wilfully conspired to expedite these many miscarriages of justice. Alison Saunders is guilty of misfeasance in public office and must be held to account for for her many crimes. In order to banish judicial misandry from the practice of Law, the principle of open justice must be enforced by reverting to the status quo prior to 1976, where neither complainant nor defendant was entitled to anonymity.

Hi Mark. I admire your courage in taking a stand against such a blatant misuse of power. Unfortunately, men are increasingly the victims of such false and malicious accusations. The assumption of guilt before innocence is not justice, and neither is the practice of believing the 'victim' to the detriment of the 'accused' . It would also seem that the process of prosecution is itself being increasingly used as an instrument of punishment. I can't imagine the appalling stress that such a process can cause over many years, not to mention the financial costs. Good luck, you deserve it

Go well with this Mark and legal team. The damage is not just to your life - it's the thousands of men who know that woman have been weaponised and that the state is complicit in this. It is a worthy cause and may discourage the UK police force and CPS from descending into the paramilitary wing of the guardian newspaper
