India Mission Trip 2015

On June 23rd 2015, I am flying to India, with a team of 11 other young Christians to work in the second largest slum in Mumbai. Your prayers and support for this trip would be so greatly appreciated!

We will be working with some of the most needy in Mumbai, experiencing poverty and seeking to help those less fortunate than ourselves. We will be supporting women and children through workshops and tutoring, as well as providing medical care and rehabilitation.

We will also be working closely with a young Christian university group in Mumbai, establishing and supporting relationships with them and building a stronger sense of community.

I am looking forward to this opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and really love and help other people who are in need. I'm excited to experience the new culture and build relationships both within the team and with the people we meet.
