incrurable cancer paitent

i need my Thai wife to stay in the country (UK) to help look after me as i have incurable bone marrow cancer and are unable to do the day-to-day task that life brings. I had a heart attack due to the intense chemotheropy before my bone marrow transplant this has stopped me from working. The British government say i need to earn £18,600 a year,i am unable to do this because of me being unable to work.I am fighting the British government trying to get my Thai wife to be able to live with me here in the UK. I need my wife as i dont know how long i have left to live. We have been married for 2 years and the government say we have to prove we have been together for 5 years to prove we are a genuine couple. We love each other and just want to be together. WERE ARE MY HUMAN RIGHTS!!
