In need of assistance not a handout

My beautiful wife Joanne and I are adopting my 2 granddaughters. As of now we are living in a double wide that needs extensive work. I am looking for someone that can hold a $165,000.00 mortgage on a home that we have found in the area. I want to give Joanne and "our" girls a safe, modest place to call home, a place they deserve. I am not a lazy freeloader looking for a handout I am to proud for that. I am a handicapped Grandfather that is looking for assistance. I have worked two jobs my whole life and that came to a drastic end when my vertebrates in my neck collapsed and after numerous surgeries to repairs it I am left with chronic pain. My entire spine is deteriorating. I am asking for assistance for a fair shake in a world of individuals living off the Government which is frightful in itself not to say demeaning. I can supply all court documentation to prove all my above statements are true and to prove that I am not a scammer or freeloader. Please feel free to contact me if you have any comments, suggestions or questions. I can afford to pay $800 a month in reimbursements. I was going to offer 160,000 on the house and at 3.5% interest that for 25 years is $801 a month.
