Yes, I am Jeffery Saunders and I am the father in this video. I am thankful for The Advise Show for reporting and bringing my case to over 680,000 viewers. In the past, the Michigan Judicial System (Attorney General's Office, Oakland County Circuit Court, and The Oakland County Friend of the Court) along with the Governor’s office has used bullying tactics in this case to state their cause of the arrest is warranted. When I attempt to show light on the mistakes that was made prior to the video, the above agencies become senile and feeble minded. Since the above incident, I have been residing in North Carolina and I have dissected every piece of paper associated to the case. It has been discovered this case should not happened due to a financial error found in January of 2003 and the mother falsifying and withholding information to create this quagmire. Since I reside in North Carolina, not every attorney that I speak to can handle this case due to it is a Michigan court case and I will have to have a Michigan Attorney to handle the case. In the past, I had legal representation; however, many of the attorneys' want to meet face to face and travel to Michigan from North Carolina. With that type of demand, it has drained me financially along with the necessary CSO. I have one attorney that has promised to represent me if I can get to Southfield, Michigan. Therefore, as the father, I am not asking for much but give with your heart because knowing that we will be victorious in these proceedings in reversing the felony conviction and seeking retribution against all parties involved against me. Remember, none of the funds will be used to pay off any alleged arrears but used for legal purposes.
