I wish to pay my mortgage back

When I built my house for my family and children I’ve never thought I would be in such situation.

As many others, we also have applied for a mortgage, which we could pay back with no problem until 2008, when the financial crisis has reached my country. As we had a mortgage in a different currency, suddenly the amount we had to pay back doubled.
Paying monthly towards the bank became harder and harder and we had used up our savings.

Therefore, we have decided to sell our house in order to pay back the mortgage. Unfortunately some renovation would be necessary in order to get the real value of the house. Right now we would get way lower than the asked price for it, which would barely cover even the mortgage itself.

We believe with the proper and necessary renovations, we could ask and receive higher amount for our property and could finally climbed out of this misery.
